Co-presented by Swire Properties’ Taikoo Place and Honestly Green, the Tong Chong Street Market features everything from fresh farmers’ produce to creative recipes, cooking tips, and the latest food and beverage trends.

The market this season returns with a more sumptuous and exciting collection of up-and-coming homegrown food stalls, unconventional packaged food and fresh seasonal produce that will introduce a new scene of sustainable food trend!

Christmas Day & Boxing Day with Catch Concepts

Christmas Day we will be open at both Catch and Elementary serving our brunch menu from 10am and our Christmas menu from 12noon.

Boxing Day we will be open at Catch and Elementary serving our brunch menu from 10am, Christmas menu from 12noon and at Mama Malouf we will open at 6pm with our regular menu.

As well as the brunch menu we have Christmas menus available for pre-order at least 2 days in advance. Full Christmas menus found on our ‘Planning a party’ page.



Australian style seafood and weekend brunch

A casual neighbourhood dining spot specialising in fish and weekend brunch, Catch is the first restaurant of Aussie born owner, Alex Malouf. With a relaxed Melbourne vibe and a menu to match it’s become a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.

Modern Lebanese Kitchen

Mama is a vibrant, fun Lebanese kitchen in the heart of Kennedy Town serving a mix of traditional and exciting, modern twists on Lebanese food. Inspired by his mother, owner Alex Malouf opened Mama to share the Middle Eastern tastes and flavours of his upbringing.



Contemporary Dining

Elementary is a bright restaurant space with a modern, minimalist design situated in the heart of Tai Hang. The cuisine is contemporary, drawing influence from Asia, Europe & the Middle East, designed as a sharing menu, it has been separated into light, medium and heavy sections, each dish boasting exciting, innovative flavour combinations that offer a totally new dining experience to the people of Hong Kong
